One of the escaped murder suspects from Tucson has been placed on the “15 Most Wanted List.” U.S. Marshal’s held a press conference Monday afternoon in Phoenix to update the search for Blane Barksdale and his wife, 59-year-old Susan Barksdale. By being placed on the list, the reward for information leading to Blane’s arrest has been raised to $25-thousand dollars. They are wanted in connection with the murder of 72-year-old Frank Bligh on April 16th in Tucson. The two were last seen driving a red GMC Sierra pickup truck that they got from a friend in Vernon, which is between Show Low and Springerville. The truck has an Arizona license plate 127XTY and has damage to the front passenger side and rear bumper. A five thousand dollar reward has been placed on the truck for anyone who has information into where it is. When asked if they are still driving the GMC, Marshal’s said “we really don’t think they are in the truck, but you never know. We think that truck is hidden, maybe covered in a barn or buried east of Snowflake.” Officials said they believed the couple were in the Snowflake area, but they still haven’t been found. The Barksdale’s are believed to be armed and dangerous. A ten-thousand dollar reward is also in effect for information leading to Susan’s arrest. If anyone has seen them, or know their whereabouts call 911, or 88-CRIME.
