Deaths on the Navajo Nation from COVID-19 stayed at 22 Friday, with no change from the day before. Health officials say there were 39 new positive cases of the coronavirus to bring the total number of those affected by the virus on the reservation to 597. The report also says there have been 2,705 negative tests. It isn’t known how many have tested positive and has since recovered. There are 234 positive cases in Navajo County, 134 in Coconino and 61 in Apache counties. The Navajo Nation is under a 57-hour curfew until 5 a.m. Monday morning. Violators could be fined.
