There were no new deaths reported from COVID-19 Sunday on the Navajo Nation. The death toll from the virus remains at 140. Health officials report 90 new cases as positive cases have gone over four-thousand to 4,002. Health officials say there are 544 people who have recovered from the coronavirus. A total of 24,886 people have been tested on the reservation with 18,380 being negative. The reason for recent spikes is increased testing across the Navajo Nation. A series of large scale testing events is helping to identify those who are COVID-19 positive.
