Southern Utah got out to a lead at the beginning and never trailed as they beat Northern Arizona, 70-61, in the Skydome to go to 4-0 in the Big Sky Conference in women’s basketball. NAU got close throughout the game, getting to within a basket on a couple of occasions, but couldn’t get the lead. Emily Rodabaugh led the Jacks with 13 points, but played just three minutes in the fourth quarter. Olivia Moran and Lauren Orndoff each added ten points for NAU, which falls to 3-1 in conference. The Jacks will try to rebound on Monday as they take on the Sacramento State Hornets on the road. Tip time is at 8 p.m.
