The NAU women’s team lost to Idaho State Thursday and it didn’t sit well with them so they took their frustrations out on Weber State Saturday, beating the Wildcats 92-61 in the Skydome. Khiarica Rasheed had a double-double with 17 points and 11 rebounds, Jacey Bailey added 14 in the win. NAU committed a school record one turnover and up until about six minutes left had no turnovers for the game. With Idaho’s loss to Montana Saturday, NAU is now tied with the Vandals for second place in the Big Sky Conference. The women are back on the road next week as they take on Northern Colorado on Thursday and Southern Utah on Saturday.
