The NAU Lumberjacks women’s basketball team got a big win at home Wednesday night in the Skydome. Emily Rodabaugh led the Jacks with 21 points and nine rebounds and Khiarica Rasheed had a double-double with 11 points and 14 rebounds as NAU beat Eastern Washington, 81-67. The game was close at halftime, but NAU ramped up the defense and held the Eagles to 26-percent shooting from the field in the second half. The Jacks end the regular season Friday night in the Skydome against the Idaho Vandals. If NAU wins, they will finish no lower than fifth in the conference, thus getting a bye in the first round and would play the Montana Grizzlies in the quarterfinals. Saturday’s tip time is at 6 p.m.
