The NAU Lumberjacks had a one-point lead early in the game and that was it as the Arizona Wildcats beat the Jacks, 91-52, at McHale Center in Tucson Wednesday night for the season opener for both teams. Cam Shelton led the Jacks with 17 points and seven rebounds and Isaiah Lewis added 13 for NAU. Zeke Nnaji lead the Wildcats with 20 points. Arizona shot 54-percent from the floor and 39-percent from three-point range. NAU shot just 31-percent in the game. The Jacks will return home for four straight games at the Rolle Activity Center. NAU will host SAGU American Indian College next Friday night starting at 6 p.m.
