Both the NAU men’s and women’s basketball teams fell to the Montana State Bobcats Monday night. The NAU women’s team trailed by 15 points going into the fourth quarter, tried to rally but fell short as they lost 72-64. Khiarica Rasheed led the Jacks with 23 points for NAU. Lauren Orndoff and Nina Radford added 11 points each in the loss. The Jacks will be on the road at Weber State Saturday afternoon. Tip tie is at 2 p.m. Ted McCree missed a game-tying three pointer with three-seconds left as the men’s team fell to Montana State, 63-61 in Bozeman. Bernie Andre led the Jacks with 17 points and Cameron Satterwhite added 12 in the loss. The NAU men’s team returns home to take on the Weber State Wildcats Saturday afternoon in the Skydome. Tip time is at 4 p.m.
