The NAU men’s basketball team is still looking for their first win of the season after a 91-52 loss to the Colorado State Rams in Fort Collins, Colorado Monday. The Jacks trailed by three at halftime 35-32 and then the Rams went on a 26-0 run to seal the win. Cam Shelton led the Jacks with 18 points and Luke Avdalovic added 12 in the loss. Nik Mains chipped in with eight points and freshman Carson Towt made his first start as a Lumberjack and scored five points and pulled down seven rebounds. The Jacks fall to 0-3 and are off until Friday when they open Big Sky play against the Eastern Washington Eagles in the first of back-to-back games at the Rolle Activity Center in Flagstaff. Tip time is a noon with the pregame show starting at 11:30 a.m.
