NAU Beats Weber State For The First Time In Flagstaff In 12 Years

The NAU men’s basketball team started off the new decade in style with a 72-64 win over the Weber State Wildcats Saturday in the Skydome. It was the first win over Weber State in 12 years in Flagstaff and the first win in eight games. Brooks DeBisschop led the Jacks with 18 points and Cameron Satterwhite added 15 in the win. The victory was the first win in Big Sky Conference play for NAU. The Jacks now hit the road to Sacramento, California as they take on the Sacramento State Hornets Thursday night. The women’s basketball team got their first win of the conference season Saturday with a 88-82 win in Ogden against Weber State. Khiarica Rasheed led the Jacks with 31 points. The women will host Sacramento State Thursday night in the Skydome, tip time is at 6:30 p.m. The men tip off in Sacramento at 8 p.m.
