NAH President And CEO Flo Spyrow Steps Down From Northern Arizona Healthcare

Northern Arizona Healthcare President and CEO Flo Spyrow has stepped down. Following the decision, NAH Chief Operating Officer Josh Tinkle was named acting CEO by the company’s Board of Directors. Tinkle has been with NAH since 2019, and previously served as acting CEO during Spyrow’s family leave in 2021 and early 2022. Board Chairman Bill Riley says, “We are grateful for the many years of service to the system and wish Flo all the best in the coming years,” Riley adds, “we will find the right candidate in the next six to nine months.”
