Water gauges ranged from over a quarter to a third of inch of rain in ten minutes. Some flows topped Larkspur Lane at the culvert with four inches of water. Burned Area Emergency Response teams continue to evaluate watershed conditions to determine the level of potential risks of flooding to residents below. There’s no indication when full containment of the fire is expected.
