Numerous law enforcement agencies from around the state, as well as some around the country, are looking at ways to prevent a massive 911 outage that hit yesterday from happening again. Authorities say the outage lasted for about an hour and some emergency calls were rerouted. 911 was out for law enforcement in Yavapai and Coconino counties as well as most of the state. There was also an outage Monday involving Microsoft. The Flagstaff Unified School District reported email and zoom services were down for a short period of time. There’s no word on what caused the outages, or if the two were connected.
