The free Mountain Express public transportation service between downtown Flagstaff and Arizona Snowbowl is back for the ski and snowboard season. Buses will depart from the Mountain Line Downtown Connection Center about every 30 minutes, making stops at Flagstaff High School for the “park-n-ride” service, and the existing Route Five stops at the Pioneer Museum, and at Stevanna. The bus service will run through January 2nd, and all Saturdays and Sundays in the months of January and February. The first bus will depart from the Downtown Connection Center at 7:30a.m., running every 30 minutes and ending at 4:25 p.m. Up at Snowbowl, the first bus departs from Hart Prairie Lodge at 8:20 a.m., running every 30 minutes, until 5:30p.m. The original Route 5 stops will take place going to and from the mountain.
