With increased testing in Arizona, comes more reported cases of COVID-19. State health officials say cases of coronavirus are up 446 to 7,648 in Arizona. There have been 16 new reported deaths, making it 320 who have died from the virus. The number of tests nearly topped three-thousand on Thursday alone, raising the number of those tested to 71,786. It was the largest test day to date for COVID-19. There are 712 cases in Navajo County, 472 in Coconino County, 449 in Apache County and 81 in Yavapai County. Remember: “testing blitzes” start statewide this Saturday and will last two additional Saturdays in hopes of increasing COVID-19 data in Arizona.
