Yavapai County authorities arrested a man that was known as a major meth dealer in Prescott. Detectives from the Partner’s Against Narcotics Trafficking Task Force arrested 64-year-old Thomas Davis for selling meth out of his home back on February 12th. The investigation started back in March of last year when deputies found more than 200 grams of meth during a traffic stop. Detectives have learned that despite pending charges from that stop, Davis continued to purchase large quantities of meth from the Phoenix area and was selling it out of his home on Wagon Trail. Detectives searched the home last week and found a half-pound of meth and seized several scales, empty baggies and meth pipes from Davis’ room. Two other suspects, 54-year-old Tammy Romeo and 43-year-old Uriah Eckardt of Prescott, were inside the home at the time the search warrant was served. The investigation revealed Romeo, who is Davis’ girlfriend, helped Davis with his drug operation. Eckardt was found in possession of methamphetamine along with a homemade Sickle and access to several large machetes. All three have been booked into the Camp Verde Jail. Davis and Romero were booked on charges related to drug sales and are being held without bond. Eckardt was charged with drug possession and a prohibited possessor and has been released pending further court action.
