A Phoenix man had been arrested in connection with a fire that burned behind the Flagstaff Police Department Sunday. The fire was noticed late in the afternoon in the Sinclair Wash area right off the Arizona Trail between the trail and the complex. Flagstaff Fire crews held the fire to around an-acre. Officers contacted witnesses, which led to the arrest of 51-year-old James Henry from Phoenix. He was booked into the Coconino County Detention Facility for arson, reckless burning and for the burning of wildlands. Remember if you see smoke, call 9-1-1.
