The long awaited, much-rumored news for hamburger fans in Flagstaff is finally coming true. City of Flagstaff officials tell KAFF News the burger chain “In-N-Out” has submitted preliminary plans to the city to build a new restaurant on the site of the old Pizza Hut restaurant on the east side of Milton Road south of University Avenue. Soon people will be able to get their “double double animal style” with fries and a shake and one of the biggest rumors in Flagstaff can finally end. Right now the closest In-N-Out to Flagstaff is in Prescott. There’s no word on when the restaurant will be open for business and the process is expected to take some time to complete.
