The Grand Canyon National Park’s water has reached sustainable levels, allowing water restrictions to be lifted. Officials are still encouraging visitors, residents, and businesses to continue to use basic water conservation measures. Ways to save water include turning off the faucet when brushing your teeth or shaving, washing only full loads of dishes or laundry, and reporting leaks to officials. If there is a future problem with water levels, staff will implement mandatory water restrictions. The National Park Service would like to thank everyone that has participated in conserving water over the past few weeks. For more information, visit the National Park’s website.
