Governor Ducey signed a bill into law Friday that allows bars, liquor stores and restaurants to sell cocktails to-go. Back in March of last year, Ducey signed an executive order that allowed those places to sell cocktails to go and HB 27-73 makes that change permanent. Ducey says the bill will “make sure restaurants and bars have the opportunity to expand operations and meet the needs of their customers, especially after weathering the effects of the pandemic.” The signing is being applauded by the restaurant industry across the state.
