Google is coming to Flagstaff this week to present its “Growth with Google” initiative. The company is hosting a free, one-day event at the Flagstaff-Coconino County Public Library on Friday to help job seekers, small business owners, students, educators and entrepreneurs improve their digital skills. Governor Doug Ducey commented about the program saying “our state’s workforce needs to be ready to meet the needs of tomorrow’s jobs. We couldn’t be more excited to partner with a global innovator like Google to host these digital training opportunities for Arizona residents.” Trainings start at 10:30 a.m. and will run until 5:30 p.m. at the library at 300 West Aspen Avenue.
