Gas prices are holding steady in Arizona heading into Thanksgiving. Triple-A Arizona says the average price of gas is holding firm this week from last week’s prices, sitting at $2.22 a gallon. In Flagstaff, gas is up about a half-cent to $2.35 a gallon. Some stations are selling gas for $2.29 and lower. In Prescott, gas is up a half-cent to $2.27 a gallon. Some stations are selling gas for $2.09 and lower. Officials say the average price of gas nationwide is $2.10 a gallon, which is the lowest since 2015. Triple-A says due to less people traveling, supply is higher and demand is lower thus keeping prices at the pump lower this year.
