Gas prices around the state are falling, but not as fast in Northern Arizona. Triple-A says the average price of gas in the state is $2.52 a gallon, which is nine-cents a gallon lower than last week. In Flagstaff, gas prices are down six cents a gallon to $2.59 on average. However, prices at the pump haven’t budged much. The price at the pump is $2.53 a gallon and lower. In Prescott, gas is down five cents a gallon to $2.70 on average. Some stations are selling gas at $2.65 and lower. Lower prices may be heading west soon. Twenty-four states have average gas prices of two-dollars a gallon and lower.
