Gas prices around Arizona are down about a cent from last week. Triple-A Arizona says the average price of gas is at $3.14 a gallon. Triple-A spokesman Aldo Vazquez says it could be a summer with higher than normal prices at the pump. He says the reason, “crude oil prices and gasoline demand will be the largest factors to determining how expensive gas prices will go.” In Flagstaff, the average price of gas is up two-and-a-half cents from last week to $3.26 a gallon. Some stations are selling gas for $3.15 a gallon and lower. In Prescott, gas was up a cent to $3.12 a gallon. Some stations are selling gas for $3.06 a gallon and lower.
