Gas Prices Continue To Fall In Arizona As More People Stay Home

Gas prices continue to fall across the state. Triple-A Arizona says the average price of gas in the state fell six-cents a gallon last week to settle in at $2.25 a gallon. In Flagstaff, gas fell six-cents a gallon on average to $2.41 a gallon. Some stations are selling gas for $2.35 a gallon and lower. The price of gas in Flagstaff has fallen 26-cents a gallon in the last month on average. In Prescott, the average price of gas fell nearly nine-cents a gallon from last week to $2.36 a gallon. Some stations are selling gas for $2.25 and lower. Gas prices in Prescott have fallen 40-cents a gallon over the last month on average. Officials say lower oil prices and lower demand due to more people working at home, or being out of work, has sent prices lower at the pump this week.
