Gas prices continue a downward trend in Arizona as we head into the Thanksgiving holiday. Triple-A Arizona says the average price of gas fell nearly a cent this week to $2.93 a gallon across the state. Gas prices in Flagstaff fell seven-and-a-half cents on average from last week to $2.91 a gallon. Some stations are selling gas for $2.71 a gallon and lower. In Prescott, gas prices were unchanged and stayed at $3.01 a gallon. Some stations are selling gas for $2.85 and lower. Officials say production is rising, which leads to bigger supply, so expect prices to continue to drop in the coming weeks.
