Gas prices are continuing their downward trend. Triple-A Arizona says gas prices fell two cents a gallon across the state this week to $2.83 a gallon. In Flagstaff, prices are down almost six-cents a gallon from last week to $3.03 a gallon. However, some stations are selling gas for $2.79 and lower. In Prescott, prices at the pump are down three-cents a gallon on average to $3.06. However, some stations are selling gas for $2.89 and lower. Gas prices in the state continue to decline, even with crude oil prices above $60 a barrel and Hurricane Barry shutting down production of 60-percent of the crude production in the Gulf of Mexico this week.
