Gas prices continue on a downward trend across Arizona. Triple-A Arizona says the average price of gas in the state is down nearly two cents a gallon this week to $2.85. In Flagstaff gas prices are also almost down two cents a gallon to $3.09. However, some stations are selling gas for $2.84 and lower. In Prescott, prices are down a nearly a cent from last week to $3.08 a gallon. Some stations are selling gas for $2.89 and lower. Officials say shrinking supply and growing demand mean prices could start to level out and rise a bit by the end of July.
