Prices at the gas pumps continue to fall across the state. Triple-A Arizona says the average price of gas is $3.06 a gallon, which is down about a cent-and-a-half from last week. Spokesman Aldo Vazquez says “finally (refinery) utilization is at its highest measurement this year at 84-percent and after a wild March, consumers are seeing some stability at the pump.” He adds, “cheaper crude oil prices will likely help to keep any kind of price fluctuations low this week.” In Flagstaff, gas is unchanged at $3.17 a gallon on average. In Prescott, gas is down about three-cents a gallon this week to $3.07 a gallon. Some stations in both cities are selling gas at $2.99 a gallon and lower.
