FUSD Superintendent Michael Penca Receives A Two-Year Contract Extension

Flagstaff Unified School District Superintendent Michael Penca has been given a two-year contract extension through the 2022-2023 school year. The district’s governing board approved the contract during an executive session Wednesday. Penca says “I look forward to continued collaboration with Team FUSD, parents, and our District communities to provide excellent services and meet the needs of each of our students.” The extension will begin in July and run through June 2023.
