The Flagstaff Unified School District has announced that all three FUSD high schools will have in-person graduation ceremonies this June to honor the Class of 2021. Last year the Class of 2020 was honored in a parade down 4th Street due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Summit High School will hold its graduation on Thursday, June 3rd in their front parking lot at 4 p.m. Coconino High School will hold its ceremony at Cromer Stadium, Friday, June 4th at 9 a.m. and Flagstaff High School will hold its ceremony on the Flagstaff High School football and soccer field Friday, June 4th at 2 p.m. Graduates can have two in-person attendees at the ceremony to sustain social distancing and safety practices. All three ceremonies will be live streamed on the FUSD and the school’s social media accounts. The ceremonies will also be available for replay and download. More information on the ticketing process, parking and contingency plans for weather events will be communicated with senior students and their families by each school’s site.
