All high schools in the Flagstaff Unified School District will hold a graduation procession down Fourth Street in Flagstaff Friday, May 29th. The event will start with Flagstaff High School seniors at 10 a.m., followed by Summit High School at 1 p.m., ending with Coconino High School at 2 p.m. Seniors will get in their vehicles and gather at Mount Elden Middle School at Fourth Street and Cedar Drive. They will then head south on Fourth Street and make a U-Turn at Seventh Avenue. That’s where the graduates will receive their honors and head back up Fourth Street to Linda Vista Drive. All three events will be broadcast live on KAFF Country 93.5/AM 930 in Flagstaff. Family members from around the country and around the world can listen to the event at kafflegends.com. If you’re planning on attending the event in person, FUSD asks all participants and viewers to follow social distancing practices. The processions are replacing graduation ceremonies this year.
