Fourth Street To Close Friday Morning For The Flagstaff Graduation Procession Event

Parts of Fourth Street will be closed in Flagstaff Friday for the 2020 Flagstaff Graduation Procession. Fourth Street will be closed from Cedar Avenue to Seventh Avenue from 6 a.m. until around 3 p.m. for the event. Seniors from Flagstaff High School will have their ceremony at 10 a.m., Summit High School will have their procession at 1 p.m. and Coconino High School will have their ceremony at 2 p.m. The event will include an opportunity for graduates to be recognized while still ensuring social distancing measures. Seniors will participate as passengers in their vehicles. The procession will start at Mount Elden Middle School, drive down Fourth Street where they will meet their school administrator who will provide their honors, then turn around and return back up Fourth Street to Linda Vista Drive. All three ceremonies will be broadcast live on KAFF Country 93.5/AM 930 and streamed online at kafflegends.com starting at 10 a.m.
