Four people were killed, including two kids, in a Sunday morning accident near Dewey. DPS says the accident involved two vehicles that collided on Highway 169 about three miles from Dewey at around 8:19 a.m. Officials say an Acura sedan was heading southbound on 169, when for an unknown reason, drove over the center line onto oncoming traffic and collided head-on with a one-ton Ford pickup. All four people in the Acura were killed, including the 16-year-old male driver, 35-year-old Amanda Colvin of Prescott Valley and two boys, ages seven and five. All four people in the truck were flown to Phoenix area hospitals with serious injuries.
