Four people were injured when the OHV they were in rolled over off Big Bug Mesa Road and Poland Road in Prescott Wednesday night. The Yavapai County Sheriff’s Department says the accident happened at the five-points intersection at around 9 p.m. One woman, whose arm was pinned under the vehicle, was extricated with the assistance of a Good Samaritan. She and another passenger had injuries severe enough to require emergency treatment, with one airlifted from the scene due to a head injury. Sheriff’s officials says all occupants were wearing seatbelts, however, no one was wearing a helmet. Investigators say the accident appears to be speed related.
