Four men were arrested and nearly $200-thousand of meth and fentanyl were seized during three separate traffic stops Wednesday on Interstate-17. Yavapai County Sheriff’s officials say 26-year-old Jacob Shaver from Camp Verde was arrested for having over 100 fentanyl pills, three grams of meth and a useable quantity of heroin. He was booked on drug charges. Deputies then arrested 45-year-old Victor Moreno-Sanchez of Phoenix in Cordes Junction. A K-9 was deployed and alerted deputies to ten pounds of meth and around ten-thousand fentanyl pills. He was also booked on drug charges. Finally, a deputy stopped a car for reckless driving. Arrested were 36-year-old Juan Sanchez-Lopez and 41-year-old Julian Salazar-Luna, both from California. The K-9 was deployed again and alerted the deputy to 46 pounds of meth. Both were booked on drug charges. All together, deputies discovered 56-pounds of meth and more than ten-thousand-100 pills.
