An 18-year-old former high school student in Williams was arrested Wednesday after a post on Instagram that posed a threat to school safety. Williams Police arrested Travis Barrio, who withdrew from Williams High School last week due to behaviors on campus. School officials identified Barrio as the person who make the threats. Barrio was taken into custody without incident at around 6:19 p.m. at his home in Williams. He has been charged with terroristic threats and interruption of an education institution. Barrio has been booked into the Coconino County Detention Center and is being held on $50-thousand bond.
