Former Flagstaff High School Principal Tony Cullen Submits Retirement Request

Former Flagstaff High School principal Tony Cullen has submitted his notice of retirement to the FUSD Governing Board. The long time principal of Flag High was “reassigned” by the district last week, for unknown reasons. Former Coconino and Ponderosa high school principal Dave Roth has been named the interim principal at the school. FUSD will not comment on the reasoning behind last week’s move and there has been no word from Cullen. The board is expected to approve Cullen’s retirement request during the consent agenda Tuesday evening.
