Coconino County and Flagstaff officials continue to get the word out on potential flooding in the Spruce Watershed, which includes Paradise, Grandview and Sunnyside. Officials met with neighbors of the area yesterday to update them on the project to try and prevent flooding in the area, if water starts to run. The sandbag location at Coconino High School is shutting down this morning after volunteers built over 20-thousand sandbags on Saturday. If you still need pre-filled sandbags, they will be available at the Coconino County Health and Services building at 2625 King Street in Flagstaff. Self-fill bags will still be available at Joel Montalvo Little League Field at the corner of Spruce and First Avenue and at Aztec Street near Francis Short Pond.
