Flash Flood Watch In Effect Until 11 P.M. For Areas Of Northern Arizona

A Flash Flood Watch is in effect for parts of Northern Arizona through 11 p.m. tonight. The National Weather Service says those in the watch area includes: Flagstaff, Williams, Munds Park, Sedona, Tuba City and the Grand Canyon. Forecasters say we could see storms and flooding like some areas received yesterday again today. Storms could lead to flash flooding, especially in slot canyons and burn scars. If you have plans to be outdoors today, monitor the latest weather forecasts and be prepared to take action should a storm approach your location.
