Flagstaff’s Winter Parking Ordinance In Effect

It’s that time of the year again when the City of Flagstaff’s winter parking ordinance in in effect. Winter parking restrictions began Monday and will be in play until April 1st. During that time, parking on city streets and alleyways is prohibited from midnight to 7 a.m. The restriction allows crews to thoroughly plow the streets during snow events and remains in effect if it’s not snowing to help street sweepers. Police will ticket vehicles if they are parking on city streets snow or no snow. For more information, log onto the city’s website.
