Flagstaff’s Mountain Line Buses Will Run Fare-Free On A Weekend Schedule Starting Saturday

The Mountain Line bus service will be reducing service levels and install several policies and procedures starting March 21st. NAIPTA says all Mountain Line bus and paratransit services will be fare-free to reduce driver exposure be removing the contact point presented with fare exchange. All Mountain Line buses will operate on a weekend schedule. Current Mountain Line passholders will be able to receive an extension on their pass for the period the system is fare-free. As long as K-12 schools are closed, the deviations on Routes 2 and 3 and the Route 5 bus will not operate. For more information, log onto mountainline.az.gov.
