Flagstaff Police are warning the public that they are seeing an increase in residential burglaries across town. Officials say they are conducting targeted patrols and employing various tactics aimed at stopping crimes as well as arrested those who are responsible. Authorities tell residents to lock all doors and windows before leaving your home and before going to bed. If you have a garage door, keep it closed and locked, even when home. Don’t allow daily deliveries of mail, newspapers or flyers to build up while you are away and be a good neighbor and keep an eye out for any suspicious activity. If you see something, say something. To report a crime either call 911 or Flagstaff Police at (928) 774-1414 or Silent Witness at (928) 774-6111.
