Flagstaff Police are looking for a missing woman who was mistakenly released from the Guidance Center Monday afternoon at around 1 p.m. Police are looking for 26-year-old Annette Vogt, who is a ward of the state and is originally from California. She recently transferred to Flagstaff from Phoenix and was voluntarily seeking assistance from the center. Vogt is a white female, five-foot-five inches tall and was last seen wearing a green shirt with a blue scarf and jeans and has a mental capacity of an eight-to-ten year old. Officials say she is diagnosed with schizophrenia and has delusions and hallucinations. Vogt has no money and no phone and doesn’t know where to go in town.
