Flagstaff Police Called To The Fat Man’s Loop Trail Sunday

Flagstaff Police were called to the Fat Man’s Loop Trial Sunday afternoon in East Flagstaff on a report of explosives found in the area. Flagstaff Police’s bomb squad unit was called to the scene and the trail was closed for the time being. Officers were able to remove the items without incident or injury and the trail was reopened. There’s no word on the type, age or quality of the explosives.
