Flagstaff Picks Up A Big Win At Home Thursday Night Against Bradshaw Mountain In Boys Basketball

The Flagstaff Eagles played one of their best all-around games of the season, at the right time, as they lead start to finish in a 66-49 win over the Bradshaw Mountain Bears Thursday night. The 16th-ranked Eagles were led by center Nick Morrow with 16 points and Max Fritsch added 15 in the win. Ben Janicek scored 14 points, all in the fourth quarter after hitting four, three-point shots. Ben Wilder led the 13th-ranked Bears with 13 points. This was a big win with a tough schedule down the stretch with Bradshaw Mountain again next Tuesday in Prescott Valley, hosting Prescott next Friday and finishing the season against Coconino at home. First, the Eagles will host Lee Williams, while the Bears will take on tenth-ranked Coconino, both Friday night. We’ll have the game on KAFF Country 93.5/AM 930 and online at kafflegends.com. In girls action, the Flagstaff Eagles had no problem with Bradshaw Mountain on the road in Prescott Valley as they won 68-35.
