The City of Flagstaff will conduct a limited reopening of both libraries next week. Officials say the Flagstaff Downtown Library will open on Tuesday from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, while the East Flagstaff Community Library will open on Wednesday from two until six p.m. Monday and Wednesday and 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Building access is limited to 25 people at the downtown library and 15 people at the East Flagstaff Community Library at any given time. Seating will be limited, and officials request that people limit their time within the building so that others may enter. Computer usage will be limited to an hour to encourage social distancing. Curbside and phone-in reference services will continue and masks will be required.
