Flagstaff Fire Crews Tended To An Injured Rock Climber Sunday Evening After He Fell 15 Feet

Flagstaff Fire crews responded to a call of an injured rock climber who fell about 15 feet, just off of Lake Mary Road Sunday evening. The first crew arrived at the scene at around 6:40 p.m. Crews were able to hike to the scene and stabilize the patient. He was put in a rescue basket and safely taken to the main road at around 8 p.m. From there the hiker was taken to Flagstaff Medical Center for treatment of injuries to his foot.
