Flagstaff Fire crews were called to a fire at a house at around 3 p.m. Tuesday. When the first crews arrived at the home in the Skyline neighborhood near Fourth Street and Cedar, they found an actively burning fire in the front of the home with smoke and flames visible. People inside the home told fire crews that everyone got our safely, except for a pet lizard and a dog. Firefighters were able to put out the fire and find both the lizard and dog in good condition and were reunited with their owners. About 16 firefighters fought the fire and secured the scene for nearly two hours. Officials say the fire started in an attic. The fire is under investigation.
