Flagstaff’s girls basketball team beat ALA-Queen Creek Saturday, 68-41. The win, according to FlagCoco.com, gives head coach Tyrone Johnson 325 career wins, making him the winningest high school basketball coach in Flagstaff basketball history. FlagCoco.com says Johnson passed former Flagstaff High School girls and boys head coach Doug Baker for the top spot on the list. Current Coconino Panthers boys basketball coach Mike Moran is third on the list. The Eagles are 5-1 overall and 3-0 in the 4A Grand Canyon Region. They will head to Kingman on Tuesday to take on the 19th-ranked Lee Williams Volunteers.
